For years, I channeled my energy into the fast-paced world of retail, curation, and running an online shop. It was a beautiful chapter, but beneath the logistics and the storefront, there was a persistent hum—a quiet, insistent pull toward the blank page that I could no longer ignore. I realized that while I loved connecting with people through beautiful things, what I truly wanted was to connect through ideas, histories, and human truths.

So, I closed that door to open this one.

I created this space to strip away the noise and focus entirely on what makes us tick: the complex, messy, and beautiful layers of human character. As a resident of France by birth, living and writing in the quiet, rural expanses of Normandy, I find myself surrounded by stories waiting to be unearthed. From the deep, historical echoes of my grandmother’s lived experiences during the Occupation to the quiet mysteries of daily country life, this landscape demands to be written.
